We offer EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags ATTACHED to the item.
Due to Texas heat and unknown postal hub conditions, We are not responsible for melted candles nor are we responsible for damaged home goods/glassware.
Items such as gift cards, candles, personal items (boxers, body or facial itemt/beauty items) glassware, kitchenware, or hats.
Returns MUST BE IN ORIGINAL BOXES (sunglasses, Shoes, etc.) to be eligible for exchange or store credit. DO NOT PLACE SHIPPING LABEL ON THE ITEM BOXES. All postal offices carry free boxes for outbound shipping.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account (minus shipping).
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items are FINAL SALe and CAN NOT be returned.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT only.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a email will be sent to you with a code for you to use at check out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless it was our mistake in which case we will send you a pre paid reutn label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping back packages, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.
